NEW FTP SITE

Another ftp site has been added where back issues of CuD, Phrack, and
other documents can be obtained.
Anonymous ftp to: dagon.acc.stolaf.edu
(130.71.192.18 is the IP address for dagon).
CD to the 'Next-ug/phrack' directory.
